Need to be logged into Sage Payroll
Select a company that requires the payslips emailing
Select a user and check the user details to make sure that there email address is within the payroll system.
Once the user is selected, the following can be done to set this up - Select Favourites - Select Pre-Update Reports- Select Email Layout A4
The payslip will then appear - the Option required is Printer Offsets highlighted below
This will then allow to configure the email address - Outlook will need to be open and functioning. Microsoft Outlook will need to be selected - select configure and type in the required email address
The email should then send successfully. The email may go into the drafts folder, however the user can move it into the inbox or forward on the email from the drafts folder
